What is Ruby Chocolate

Ruby Chocolate is the fourth sibling to Dark, Milk and White Chocolate, it has been in development for the past 13 years. It stems from the Ruby Cocoa Bean and is farmed in Ecuador, Ivory Coast and Brazil.

What does Ruby Chocolate like?

Ruby Chocolate has an amazing two stages of taste, when you bite into it, it tastes creamy and smooth, you then start to tastes hints of berry fruitiness (which is a real treat) and then it is followed by hints of sweet sour notes. It is simply divine.

Do Ruby & Cocoa make all of their own products?

To be it simply, yes, we do! All of products are handmade, developed and produced in Stow, located in the Scottish Borders. We pride ourselves on our artesian chocolatier creations.

Will children like Ruby Chocolate?

Absolutely, children simply love this chocolate. The colour, the texture and the taste all play an important role and leave them wanting more. We also now offer Ruby Parties which has gone down a treat; to find out more, please get in touch!

What percentage of Cocoa is the Chocolate?

In order for a product to be classed as chocolate it must have a minimum of 35% cocoa solids added. Ruby Chocolate has a percentage of 47.3%.
